Store Policy
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
To maintain the quality, safety, and hygiene of our products, all sales are subject to the following conditions:
1. No Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchanges Only: Exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with the original receipt and packaging. Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by management.
3. Prescription Glasses: Prescription lenses and customized eyewear are specially prepared for each customer. Once an order has been processed, prescription glasses and customized eyewear are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
4. Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to a change of mind, personal preference, style, color choice, or any reason unrelated to a product defect.
5. Defective or Damaged Products: Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, scratches, bending, modification, or improper handling will not qualify for exchange.
6. Deposits and Special Orders: Deposits made on special orders, customized frames, prescription eyewear, or reserved products are strictly non-refundable.
7. Management Rights: M.S.K EYEWEARS — Frames N More reserves the right to inspect all items before approving any exchange request. Management's decision regarding all return and exchange matters shall be final.
